EU roaming is included at no extra cost, using up to 25% of your UK data allowance (up to 25 GB on the unlimited bundle, and 50% on the 1 GB bundle). Everywhere else runs on a day pass of £5.00 or £12.50 including VAT. The no data SIMs do not include EU roaming.

EU roaming is included at no extra cost.

You can use up to 25% of your UK data allowance (up to 25 GB on the unlimited bundle, and 50% on the 1 GB bundle) on calls, texts and data across all 41 Zone 1 destinations, on Business SIM and Pocket Office SIM alike, on any SIM with a data allowance. Nothing to buy and nothing to text. The no data SIMs on both ranges have calls and texts only, so they do not include EU roaming.

An add on expires when the bundle it was added to expires, and unused balance cannot be carried forward. Buy it for the month you are travelling in, not the month before.

Another way

Questions

Before your team flies

Does my business number work abroad on Pocket Office?

Yes. On a Pocket Office SIM the Cloud PBX extension is in the SIM itself, so while you are abroad the business number still rings on the handset and outgoing calls still go out on it. There is no app to open and nothing to sign in to. Roaming charges for the zone you are in apply as normal.

Can I cap what my team spends on roaming?

Yes. Ask the TISA business team to set a monthly roaming spend cap per SIM. Once a SIM reaches its cap, roaming data is paused until the next billing cycle or until you raise the cap.
