Leasing
Spread the cost instead of buying every handset at once.
Nothing upfront
No capital outlay for the phones. A fixed monthly amount joins your existing TISA bill.
12 or 24 months
Pick the term, and line it up with the extensions the handsets are for.
Faults replaced
If a leased phone develops a fault we replace it, at no charge, for the whole term.
Renew or upgrade
At the end of the term, renew, move to newer models, or return them.
Before you decide
- Leasing is available to limited companies and LLPs. Sole traders and other partnerships can buy outright.
- Leased phones remain TISA property and come back to us at the end of the term unless you renew.
- Ending a lease early means paying the remaining monthly payments for that phone.
- Lost or accidentally damaged phones are charged at the buy price shown on this page.
- Delivery is £9.99 per order whether you buy or lease.

A handset you buy is yours. They are standard SIP phones, not locked to TISA, so they keep working if you ever move. Leased handsets stay TISA property until the term ends.
Already own a phone? Add it yourself.
If you already have a Grandstream or Yealink handset, you do not have to buy another one. Put the MAC address and serial number into the portal, choose which extension it should ring, and it configures itself. There is no charge, and no engineer visit.
How it works
- Sign in at business.tisa.one and open Desk Phones
- Enter the MAC address and serial number from the label underneath the phone
- Choose the extension it should ring
- Factory reset the handset and plug it in
- It collects its own configuration on the next restart
What auto provisions
- Grandstream GRP2602 to GRP2616, and GXP2130 to GXP2170
- Yealink: 72 models, including the T3x, T4x and T5x desk range and the W60B, W70B and W80DM bases
- The handset must be factory reset, not configured for another system
- It must not still be registered to another provider
- No charge, on any plan
Any other SIP phone works too. If it is not on the auto provisioning list, we send you the configuration details and you enter them on the handset yourself.
A handset still tied to a previous provider cannot be moved by us. Grandstream tells us the moment you add it, so you see the reason straight away. Yealink does not, so we check every phone on your account every fifteen minutes and email you if one gets pulled back.
