Price changes

Your contract terms determine whether an annual price adjustment can apply. Any applicable change is handled in line with your contract terms and notified in advance.

TISA reviews prices once a year on 1 April. If you are a micro business, a small business or a not-for-profit, the categories Ofcom GC C1 protects, a review never changes what you pay during your contract. For larger businesses our terms allow one annual adjustment of CPI plus 3.9 percentage points, applied on 1 April and notified at least 30 days in advance. New pricing otherwise applies only if you choose to renew. Calls abroad and roaming beyond the included allowance are charged separately, at the international rates and the roaming rates. Can I keep my existing business mobile number?

Yes. Existing eligible UK mobile numbers transfer to TISA from your current provider, and TISA arranges the transfer as part of the switch. How number transfers work.

Can different employees have different data allowances?

Yes. Each line is on its own plan, so a driver on 1GB and a sales user on Unlimited can sit on the same business account. You choose the allowance line by line and manage them together.

Can I add or remove SIMs as my team changes?

Yes. SIMs can be ordered, activated and suspended from the fleet management dashboard, so starters, leavers and lost handsets are handled from the account. Ending a line inside its minimum term is a contract matter, and our business terms set out what applies.

What contract lengths are available?

Two: a 12 month term and a 24 month term. The 24 month term is the lower monthly price on every data allowance. There is no 30 day rolling option on a Business SIM.

Is EU roaming included?

Yes. EU roaming is included at no extra roaming charge across eligible destinations, subject to the plan roaming data allowance. Most plans allow up to 25% of the UK data bundle, the 1GB plan allows up to 50%, and the Unlimited plan includes up to 25GB. The no data SIM is calls and texts only, so it does not include EU roaming. See roaming destinations and rates.

What is the difference between Business SIM and Pocket Office SIM?

A Pocket Office SIM is a Business SIM with a Cloud PBX extension included in the SIM, so the office number rings on the handset and dials out from it with no app to open. Compare Pocket Office SIM.
