VAT: Every figure above excludes VAT, which is added at 20% on your invoice.
Included: Your sender ID, the sending platform, scheduling and delivery reporting. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee.
One credit: One credit is a single SMS of up to 160 characters of standard GSM text. A longer message is sent as more than one message.
Credit does not expire: Credits you have bought stay on the account until you use them. There is no monthly minimum, no expiry date and nothing to lose if a campaign slips a quarter. This is written into the TISA Business terms, not a promotion.
UK numbers: These bundles price sending to UK mobile numbers. International SMS is quoted per destination, so ask us first. TISA’s international call rates are published in full.
Replies: There are none. Messages arrive from your business name, and the channel is outbound only.
